Listed below are full terms and conditions for the Concierge Industry Awards 2014 please read these before voting in the awards to ensure you complete the survey correctly.

Voting opens 1st October at 9.00am EST

 

Voting closes 31st October 5.00pm EST

 

All votes are to be made online through the Concierge Industry Awards Survey Monkey

survey.

 

Les Clefs d'Or Concierge and their team, have up to a maximum of 5 individual votes

 

Chief Concierge and their team, have up to a maximum of 5 in an individual votes

 

All nominated companies and people have 1 vote

 

All non-nominated sponsors of the awards night have 1 individual vote

 

All votes must be completed by the person entering the information, there are no proxy votes allowed.

 

All contact information given must be correct and current

 

You may only vote once

The results were added to a spreadsheet and used to calculate the top 4-8 in each category.

 

If a tie occurred, the organizing committee revoted to break the tie.

Should there be a tie in the Survey Monkey results in any category, the preliminary vote results will be added to the online poll to break the tie.

 

Results are announced at the CIA2014 Gala Dinner on Monday 1st December 2014. No results will to released prior to this date.

 

 

The organizing committee has the right to modify or change these conditions at any time

 

 

In the situation where an individual and their company is nominated the survey must be completed by 2 different people
 

All votes are equal in value

 

In the situation where a company has multiple nominations, or several businesses nominated, the survey must be completed by different people.

 

If the same person completes the survey more than once their votes are cancelled.

 

If a hotel or company submits more than their allocated number of votes, all additional votes will be cancelled.

 

The finalists list has been created by a preliminary ballot survey completed by Les Clefs d'or Sydney members and other selected leading concierge.

 

The preliminary ballots were given the option to list from 1-6 companies or people in each category

 

All preliminary votes were equal in value
